We accept refund or replacement requests within 5 to 10 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To request a return or refund, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number and details of the issue. Our support team will assist you promptly.

Important Notes:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or used makeup items for hygiene reasons

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
